What if I uploaded the wrong artwork?Updated 2 months ago
If the artwork you upload matches your order specs, it will proceed straight to production — even if it was the wrong design file. To avoid this, we strongly recommend selecting a proof at checkout, which pauses production and gives you a chance to double-check everything before printing.
If the file doesn’t meet our setup requirements (e.g. wrong size or format), we’ll flag it before printing — but it’s your responsibility to ensure the artwork is correct.
Uploaded the wrong file? Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to stop the job if it hasn’t entered production yet.
