If your artwork doesn’t match the order details — for example, the wrong size, material, or print specs — we’ll pause the process and get in touch to clarify or request updated files.

We won’t move your job into production until everything is aligned. In some cases, this may result in delays to turnaround or require adjustments to your order or pricing if the specs change.
