If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. For larger or palletised orders, a redelivery may need to be scheduled, and in some cases, additional fees may apply.
To avoid delays, we recommend providing a business address where someone will be available to receive the delivery during business hours.
