For online orders, if you’ve requested a proof at checkout, you’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready. Simply log into your dashboard to review the file — from there, you can either approve it or request changes directly.

For offline or bespoke orders, our team will email your proof and guide you through the approval process. Production will only begin once we’ve received your written approval to proceed.
