Can I cancel or edit my order after submitting it?Updated 2 months ago

Because we prioritise fast turnaround, most orders go straight into production once placed — especially if a proof has not been requested.

If you selected a proof at checkout, production will be paused until you approve it, giving you a chance to make changes. If no proof was selected, edits or cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, please note that a small admin or prepress fee may be withheld to cover any setup work already completed.
