Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?Updated 2 months ago

You can request to cancel an order, but it depends on how far along it is in the process. If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to cancel it for you. Once it has entered the production process — typically after artwork approval — cancellation is usually no longer possible.

If any setup work has already started, such as proofing or production prep, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and resources already used.

The best thing to do is get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll review the status and let you know what can be done.
