Product sizes listed on our online store are shown in external millimetres (L x W x H). To view internal dimensions, we recommend downloading the associated dieline template — it will show the exact usable space inside the box.

We’ve curated a range of standard sizes based on the most popular dimensions used for PR, eCommerce, and retail packaging — these are often more cost-effective than creating a custom size from scratch.

When entering a custom size, you can choose to input either internal or external measurements depending on your preference — just be sure to clarify with our team if you're unsure.

When sizing your packaging, measure the actual product you want to fit inside the box — this is your internal size. The external size will be slightly larger due to the thickness of the material, usually adding a few millimetres on each side.
