What is CMYK digital printing?Updated 2 months ago
CMYK digital printing is the standard method we use for all orders placed online. It uses four base ink colours — Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (Key) — to create full-colour prints by layering tiny dots directly onto the packaging surface.
This process is fast, flexible, and perfect for short runs or brands wanting to print multiple designs or test ideas without setup costs. It’s also more eco-conscious — using less ink and energy than traditional methods — and allows us to offer instant pricing and faster turnarounds on custom packaging through our platform.

We also offer Pantone (PMS) colour matching, water-based ink, flexographic printing, and special finishes like foil or spot UV for larger or custom jobs. These options aren’t available for instant online ordering due to their setup requirements — but just get in touch and we’ll guide you through what’s possible.
