How Do I Set Up My Artwork Correctly?Updated 2 months ago

To ensure your packaging prints exactly as intended, it’s important to set up your artwork file properly from the start. Whether you’re designing in Illustrator, Photoshop or another tool, the steps below will help you avoid delays or print issues.

This guide links to key parts of the setup process — so you can check everything is ready before uploading.

1. Download the correct template

If you're ordering through our online store, you can download a ready-to-use template directly from the product page.
If you're working on a bespoke request, reach out and we'll supply a custom dieline for you.

2. Check your template setup

Make sure your file is built in line with our printing guidelines for online orders. This includes using the correct layers, extending artwork to the bleed, setting colour to CMYK, and outlining all fonts.

3. Save and export your file correctly

Export your final file as a high-resolution PDF where possible. We also accept AI or PSD files if needed.

Not sure if your file is good to go?

Send it through — we’re happy to check it before you move to production.
