Saving Your File for UploadUpdated 3 months ago

Once your design is final, save it as a PDF file before uploading it to our platform. This ensures your artwork is flattened, embedded, and ready for print.

We also accept Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files if you're unable to export a PDF — just be sure all text is outlined and images are embedded.

Before saving, make sure your layers are set up correctly:

• Information – Leave ON

• Template – Leave ON

• Sample Design – Turn OFF

• Artwork – Leave ON

If your design includes multiple panels (e.g. Inside and Outside), please combine them into one PDF with clearly labelled pages.

For multiple creatives within a single order (e.g. different designs or versions), save each file separately with clear names that match your order notes.

How to save your file as a PDF:

1. Go to File > Save As

2. Choose Adobe PDF (pdf) from the format dropdown

3. Click Save PDF in the pop-up window
