Embedding All Files in Your ArtworkUpdated 2 months ago

Before saving and uploading your artwork, make sure all placed images are embedded — not linked. This prevents missing assets and ensures your file is complete and ready for print.

Missing or linked images can cause delays and require manual fixes, so embedding everything upfront keeps your order moving.

How to embed images in Illustrator:

  1. Select any placed images (hold Shift to select multiple).

  2. Open the Links panel (Window > Links).

  3. Click the menu icon (top right of the panel).

  4. Select Embed Image(s).

Once embedded, the images become part of your file — meaning we don’t need to reference any separate folders or assets.

Need help checking this? Feel free to send your file through and we’ll confirm it’s all good to go.
