Designing in the Correct Colour SpaceUpdated 2 months ago

To ensure your artwork prints accurately, it’s important to work in the CMYK colour space — not RGB. This allows you to preview colours more closely to how they’ll appear once printed.

RGB is intended for screens, and using it can result in colour shifts or muted tones during production. All packaging ordered through our platform is printed using CMYK digital print.

How to set your file to CMYK in Illustrator:

  1. Go to the File menu

  2. Select Document Colour Mode

  3. Choose CMYK Colour

Need a specific Pantone colour?
While all online orders are printed in CMYK, we can print using Pantone (PMS) colours on select products. If you require an exact brand match, get in touch with our team for a custom quote. Minimum order quantities apply.

Your document is now set up correctly for print.

If you’ve already started designing in RGB, switching to CMYK may adjust how colours look — but it’s better to catch this early to avoid unexpected results at print.

Need a hand checking your file setup? Feel free to send it through and we’ll confirm it’s ready to go.
