Converting Text to Outlines

Before submitting your artwork, make sure all text has been converted to outlines. This ensures we can process your file without needing the original fonts — preventing any delays or design issues at print stage.

How to convert text to outlines in Illustrator:

1. Select all text layers in your design (hold Shift to select multiple).

2. Go to the Type menu in the top navigation.

3. Click Create Outlines.

Alternatively, you can use the shortcut:
Mac: Command + Shift + O
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + O

Once converted, text becomes a vector shape and is no longer editable — so make sure you save a copy of your original file with live text in case you need to make changes later.
